Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods (or, in the case of an order comprising multiple items delivered separately, from the day you acquire possession of the last item).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs from choosing a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive back the returned goods (or, if earlier, the day you supply evidence of having sent back the goods). We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise, and no fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, or goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
