Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through wearmythink.com, operated by Paa Kwasi Wiafe Boamah, trading as Myth Ink, Schmedererstraße 8, 85560 Ebersberg, Germany.

  1. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a binding offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by email; a contract is formed once we send you a separate order confirmation or dispatch the goods.

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in EUR. As we operate under the German small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), no VAT is separately shown or charged. Payment can be made via the methods offered at checkout, including Shopify Payments and PayPal.

  1. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described in our Refund Policy.

  1. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If goods are defective, please contact us at inksaiyan1998@gmail.com.

  1. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. For slightly negligent breaches of material contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. Any further liability is excluded.

  1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent it does not deprive them of protections afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.

  1. Dispute Resolution

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

  1. Severability

Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
